 Requirements for Reporting Absence of Domestic Workers

1:Abshar Platform explained that this service allows people registered on the "Abshar" portal to report absences from the work of its domestic workers.  These are the basic requirements for using the Absent Domestic Workers Notification Service.

2: Absence from work can only be reported to workers with valid residency.

3: Absence of a previously reported active report from the portal or passport offices regarding the absence of the employee from the job.

4:There should be no "discount" registered on the online portal for transfer.

 5:The worker should not be issued a final exit visa.

6:The report should be made only once for each sponsored person.

 7:Notification can be canceled by Home Department.

 Abshar Platform said that the General Passport Directorate (Jawazat) should be reviewed 20 days after receiving the text message to deliver the worker's passport and residence permit.
