Jawazat calls to Expats to Activate and Download Muqeem Digital ID

 JAWAZAT in the Makkah Mukarramah Region invites all Expats to activate and download a digital resident ID card (digital Iqama) through the "(Absher Individuals") platform.

 Emirate of Makkah Mukarramah stated that Makkah jawazat clarified that the digital ID facilitates the process of verifying the identity or identity of its holders through QU Code when a person is not carried original identity. 

 - The General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) launched a few days ago, the digital version of Muqeem's identity, which became available on the Ministry of Interiors electronic application (Absher Individuals) under the name of (Muqeem Digital Identity), In collaboration with the National Information Center.

 - Digital ID will make it easy the verification the identity of its expats residence and citizens (of Saudi Arabia) in the event that they do not carry their original identity by allowing the beneficiary to view the identity data electronically through the (Absher Individuals) application through the variable QR code, with the smartphone that has the ability to download a copy to your phone without the need to connect to the Internet.

 - The resident's digital identity will be a turning point in the development of digital transformation processing and electronic transactions of people belonging to relevant fields in the electronic platform of the Ministry of Interior's electronic Affairs (Abshar Individual').
