Jawazat allows expats to re-enter through Abshar, issue final exit visa
Immigrants based in Saudi Arabia can now issue their exit re-entry visas and final exit visas through the Abshar portal, as the licenses implemented the measure on a trial basis.
Jawazat has made arrangements in this regard in partnership with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. Previously, the exit re-entry and last exit visa option was only available to employers.
The move is in line with the Saudi government's vision to improve contractual relations between employers and workers in the private sector, which aims to empower and develop human capabilities and further improve the work environment.
The new Labor Reform Initiative, which came into force on March 14, 2021, will be a great success in improving contractual relations between employers and workers.
If the employer has raised an objection against the workers' application, it will be studied and a decision will be taken by the Ministry within a maximum of 10 days, which will be calculated from the date of submission of the visa application That the submission of an objection from this date clarifies the justification.
