  In Saudi Arabia, a public prosecutor has revealed that he was convicted of deliberately transmitting the corona virus infection to others.


  Those who deliberately transfer Covid 19 to others without harming any other penalty through Sharia law or regulations will be punished as follows.



  1. Imprisonment for up to 5 years.



  2. A fine of 500,000 Saudi riyals.



 3. Prevent a resident from being deported from Saudi Arabia and entering the kingdom permanently.


 4. In case of repeat of the act, the fines will be doubled.



 5. Special fines vary according to the severity of the crime and the resulting damage.


   The public prosecution said that the crimes of deliberately spreading the corona virus infection arise when they expose a protected interest in the public health system in order to prevent the transmission of the infection in a deliberate and wrong way.  Could be a threat.
