In Saudi Arabia, the Department of Traffic (Morover), in response to inquiries from citizens, developed a procedure for changing a driver's license after a loss.

The Saudi Traffic Department confirms that the conditions for renewing a driver's license are "payment of a fee and violation penalty, a medical examination, then a review of the traffic department at the driving school and submission of your application."
Responding to the inquiry, Moror said it is not necessary to fill out the form, the result of the medical examination is automatically sent to the traffic department, you can register an appointment at any of the approved centers for medical examination.
