 Worker's freedom of transfer service

  Definition of service

 It is a service that arranges for migrants to transfer jobs from one place to another in accordance with the certified agreements, which will be subject to the following conditions in the light of the agreement and terms and conditions between the two parties:

  Terms of use of the service:

 1) That the worker is one of the professional workers under the labor system.

 2) The worker has completed 12 months with the current employer since entering Saudi Arabia for the first time.

 3) Worker on duty.

 4) There is no other request to transfer the worker's service.

 5) Notice must be complied with if there is a notice condition in the employment contract.

  

The situation in which the transfer of service will apply unconditionally.

 1) Absence of contract from the worker (must be registered within three months of entering into the contract).

 2) Non-payment of worker's salary for three consecutive months.

 3) Non-issuance of work permit by the employer for 90 days after the worker enters Saudi Arabia.

 4) Expiration of work permit or residence of the worker.

 5) Existing employer's permission for worker transfer.

 6) Absence of the employer due to travel, imprisonment, death or other reasons.

 7) Indication of trade cover-up by the worker in case the worker is not involved.
