The Ministry of Hajj has warned against using another person's Umrah permit
Jeddah -The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah have warned against the use of the Umrah permit issued by Atmarna's application to enable another person to perform Umrah instead of the permit holder.
"It is not permitted and it is considered against the instructions of the petitioners," the ministry said.
According to the ministry, Tawakkalna's application is not being used for booking Umrah pilgrimage. Rather, the Umrah permit is to be issued only on the request of Atmarna.
"Umrah reservations are available to everyone, including citizens, residents, and visitors, until the end of March," the ministry said.
The ministry denied rumors on social media that there was a two-day period during which pilgrims could make reservations for Umrah. The first period of Ramadan is from 1 to 18, which will start from Sha'ban 15 March 28, and the second Ramadan will be from 19 to 30, starting from Ramadan 15 (April 27).
The ministry said that it has not issued any such statement in this regard. For any help in this regard, people should call the toll free number of the ministry's service center (8004304444). Appealed.
