Expat's health insurance can only be canceled in 3 cases




  In Saudi Arabia, the Council of Cooperative Health Insurance (CCHI) has clarified that there are three cases in which an employer can cancel a residential eviction or insurance policy for a citizen.


  The council explained that the employer is responsible for the insurance that covers all its employees and their family members.



  A resident asked in his inquiry, my wife and child have been included in his insurance policy, can my wife and child's insurance be canceled and the rest refunded?



  The Health Insurance Council, responding to the inquiry, said that there are only 3 cases of cancellation of health insurance of a resident, they are



  1:Transfer of sponsorship



  2:Final expulsion



  3:Death


  The council also clarified that the employer is responsible for insuring all its employees and their family members, including wives, male children up to 25 years of age and non-employed and non-employed daughters for the duration of their employment.
