An employer in Saudi Arabia can reclaim the cost of insurance for a resigned employee on any condition



  In Saudi Arabia, the Council of Cooperative Health Insurance (CCHI) clarified that an employer can recover the remaining amount in an insurance policy from the participation of a resigned Saudi employee.


  However, the council said the purchase price of the resigned employee's claims should not exceed 75%.


  A Saudi citizen asked in his inquiry, in case of resignation of a Saudi employee, can I withdraw from the insurance policy and recover the insurance amount?



   The Council responded to the inquiry via Twitter, stating that "an employer can cancel a Saudi employee's insurance after resigning, with proof of having submitted to the insurance company, and  The remainder of the subscription, when the employee whose claims do not exceed 75% of the subscription value on a pro rata basis.
