Saudiization in Communications and IT Companies (CIT Sector)

 In Saudi Arabia, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has decided to regularize Saudiization in communications and IT companies.

 The decision called for the termination of activities in the companies' incentive to localize jobs by March 4, 2021.

 Under the Nitaqat Saudiization program, seven major activities will be regularized as shown below:

 1: IT operations and maintenance

 2: Operation and Communication     Restoration

 3: IT infrastructure

 4: Communication infrastructure

 5: Telecom solution

 6: Information Technology Solutions

 7: Postal mail activities

 According to the above policy schedule, the new rules and regulations will come into force on March 14, 2021 as part of the existing cooperation between the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HR&SD). Will be enforced.
