Decision to regulate the Saudiization of companies in the communications and IT sectors

 Saudi Arabia's Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Engineer. Ahmed Al-Raji issued a decision to regularize the Saudiization of companies in the communications and information technology sector.

 The decision calls for the termination of key activities in the Natakat, a local employment incentive program for companies, by March 14, 2021.

 Under the new rules, seven major activities in the sector will come under the Naatqat Saudiization program. Includes telecom solutions and mail activities.

 New law effective March 14. (1st Sha'ban.) It is being implemented as part of the current collaboration between the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and the Human Resource Development Fund between the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
