New rules and regulations regarding the Final Exit Visa of Saudi Arabia
The kingdom has a large number of expatriates working in Saudi Arabia and they are working in various departments and companies. Prior to 2017, most of the jobs in the state were done by expats who come from different countries and work in Saudi Arabia.
But with the introduction of Dependent Fees starting in 2017, we have many expatriates sending their families to their home countries and leaving the country to avoid Dependent Fees through Final Exit Visas.

The following is a list of Final Exit Visa regulations:
1: You must leave the country after the Final Exit Visa.
Once an expatriate receives a Final Exit Visa, he or she must leave the state (Saudi Arabia) within 60 days.
If he wants to leave Saudi Arabia after 60 days of deportation, he will have to pay 1000 riyals or a fine.
This 1000 riyal is used to revoke a previously issued visa and to issue a new final ex visa if you have a certificate of residency.
2: What if experts do not return to Saudia Arabia using Final Exit / Re-Entry Visa?
Any expat who leaves the Kingdom on a holiday and wants to return to Saudi Arabia needs to obtain a Final Exit / Re-Entry Visa. If the final Exit / Re-Entry Visa fails to notify Saudi Arabia within a few days of its expiration, the expulsion will be barred from returning to Saudi Arabia for 3 years.
Once it has completed 3 years, the same sponsor or Kafeel can return
3: Absher is handling non-returning Saudi expats.
If a person does not return to Saudi Arabia using the Final Exit / Re-Entry Visa within 60 days of the validation of the immigrant visa. His sponsor or Kafeel can then use Absher (electronic) to raise a Huroob or file a complaint against an expatriate without visiting a Saudi Jawazat office.
4: Can Final Exit / Re-Entry Visa be changed?
Once the final exit/re-entry visa is issued, it cannot be changed, the new visa will be issued only after paying 1000 riyals.
