  Saudi Arabia has set 11 rules for exit re-entry visas in the new labor reforms 



  In Saudi Arabia, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development clarified the requirements and conditions for entering into re-entry services and using re-entry services as part of an initiative to improve treaty relations.


  The Exit and Re-entry Service Agreement is part of the initiative to improve the relationship services, allowing the Export Worker to extend the application for issuance of an exit re-entry visa through the verification of a documented work agreement through their account.  ۔  "Abshar" platform.



  The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has defined the conditions that must be met in order to benefit from the service and they are represented in the following requirements and conditions.



  1. Under foreign labor law, it is necessary to be part of a foreign professional employment.



  2. The worker must have a valid and authoritative employment contract.


 3. The worker must have a valid residency that includes the duration of the re-entry visa.


  4. Passport must be valid for a period of less than 90 days.


 5. The worker must be within the state when applying for an exit re-entry visa.


  6. The worker should not have any traffic violation.


  7. The employee must have an account on the Abshar "People" platform.


  8. The worker bears the fee for foreign and re-entry visa application.


  9. This service allows an external worker to apply for an exit and re-entry visa for their family members.


  10. A worker can cancel an exit and re-entry visa.


  11. If the worker violates his obligations and does not return to complete the documentary work contract, he is permanently barred from returning to work in the Kingdom.


  The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development indicated that the validity of the visa is 30 days from the date of issue of the visa.
