Five new e-services in Absher Individuals and a new updated version of Abshar for the deaf

  In Saudi Arabia, the Ministry of Interior continues to expand its electronic services through various platforms to facilitate services for Saudi citizens and resident migrants.



  In this regard, it added 5 new services as a citizen department to the list of 'Waterfalls' platforms.  The new services include:



  1: Qualification Modification Request



  2: Name correction in English



  3: Modification of social status



  4: Children's civil records from the mother and



  5: Service to improve the advanced version



   The Ministry also launches the latest version of the Abshar service for the deaf and hard of hearing, allowing the worker or user to use the Sign Language interpreter in the Unified Visual Call Center at all Civil Status Service stations through QR code technology.  Chat is allowed.  Across the state.


  The ministry also launched birth and death registration services in the UK's offices abroad, in the countries where they live.



   The services implemented through the electronic link between the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will help overseas citizens to apply for registration of births and deaths overseas.


  The Interior Ministry also launched a second version of the Maidan platform, one of the integrated security platforms to provide technical support to security work capabilities.  It was overseen and implemented by national Interior Ministry workers.



  According to the Saudi Gazette, the second version of the Maidan platform consists of 14 electronic mechanisms, including reading portable digital IDs and security inquiries, verifying Hajj and Umrah permits, reporting road accidents to road security and electronic.  Includes security person identification.
