  The "Abshar" platform in Saudi Arabia has confirmed that the username cannot be changed, it can only be used when you entered with Abshar.

  This came in response to a question from a Twitter user who asked, "I have a problem with the presence of two English characters in the username, while I want to delete them. What is the solution?"

   Abshar Platform responded by saying, "It is not possible to edit the username, stating that if you have a problem with it, you need to login to your Observer account.  Enter your ID or residence number instead of the field. "

  The username can only be entered into the Abshar account at the time of registration. Once registered, a person can use their username or residence number or national identification number and password to log in to the Abshar account.

   The Abshar platform provides all services to Saudi citizens and resident migrants at the Ministry of Interior, without the need to visit service centers.  This is to ensure that the time and effort of the beneficiaries is reduced and the services are provided as per the most required standards.
