  A third dose of the corona vaccine is required within 1 year of the first dose

  Pfizer CEO Albert Berla said people would probably need to be vaccinated against the corona virus (Covid-19) annually.

  "People will probably need a booster dose of the Covid 19 vaccine within 12 months of receiving the full vaccination," he said, pointing out that people will need to be vaccinated against the virus annually.  See also: Food waste in Saudi Arabia exceeds 40 billion riyals annually

  "It's important to control people who are infected with the virus, and these vaccines will be an important tool in dealing with highly contagious diseases," he added.

   Researchers do not yet know how long people will be protected from the virus after being fully vaccinated.

   Earlier, Pfizer reportedly asked the US Food and Drug Administration to allow it to increase its use of the coronavirus vaccine, which includes teenagers between the ages of 12 and 15.
