Human Resources has announced working hours for the public sector during Ramadan
In Saudi Arabia, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has announced its decision on working hours for government staff during the month of Ramadan 2021 (1442 H).
According to the guidelines, for the listed employees, the official working hours in the month of Ramadan are fixed at 5 working hours a day, starting at 10 am and ending at 3 pm.
The ministry explained that flexible working hours would be applied to employees in government departments, the most important of which, in terms of conditions, is that those who work remotely do not make up more than 25% of the total employees.
According to the Public Health Authority's 'Weqaya' classification, the highest risk groups for infection continue to operate remotely.
Workplace attendance is divided into 3 groups, the first group from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., the second group from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and the third group from 11:30 AM to 4:30 p.m. Continuity of work by suspending fingerprints and constant presence of employees according to hours and flexible working hours.
This is due to the continuity of precautionary measures and precautions in the workplace to prevent the spread of Corona epidemic.
