 Conditions for changing the sponsorship / sponsorship to the workers without the permission of the sponsor:


1: A worker's residence should be a professional residence that is in accordance with labor law (not for occupations such as domestic work).


 2:An employer must have 12 months of work experience after entering Saudi Arabia.


 3:The worker should be currently employed, not under Horub.


 4:There should be no other requests to change the sponsorship.


 5:In case of any change in the status of the written employment contract, advance notice should be given.


6: Currently, if you do not have a work contract, a work permit has not been issued for 90 days after entering Saudi Arabia, has not been paid for 3 consecutive months, and your work permit has expired.  Expired or your stay has expired, the transfer can be made without any of the above conditions.


7: The employer and the worker must have an account on the Saudi Ministry of Social Welfare's online Kiva portal and must also be offered a job in Khiva.


 The conditions for the company to accept the worker are:


1: Valid work permit.  Wages and protection requirements must be at least 80% compliant for the last three months.


2: Written employment contract should be with all employees of the establishment.


3:The self-assessment program must be at least 80% committed.  Internal work regulations must be approved.


 The change of sponsorship will work as follows.
 

1: Job offers should be made through the Kiva portal.  The worker will have the option to accept or reject the job offer through Khiva.


2:The current establishment will be notified of the change of employment and then the notice period will be calculated.  (If the contract is not completed, the old sponsor will have to pay compensation).
