Riyadh. The app management team said in a statement on its official Twitter account that immigrants can register on the Tarkakana application even though their residence permit (IQAMA) has expired.
Citizens of Saudi Arabia and other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states can apply using their national identity or Gulf identity. However, immigrants with a final foreign visa cannot register.
It is also permissible for those residing in the country on a visitor visa to apply. For this, their presence in the state is mandatory. Visa visa holders are required to enter information such as their passport number, date of birth, nationality, mobile phone number and password.
The statement said the services would be provided through the Tawakkalna website as well as the smartphone application, and there were no other platforms or applications for registration.
